I wish there were 6-star reviews allowed! I have had the pleasure of working with NOLA DMC for the past 4 years. They have assisted us with virtual conference planning and execution during the COVID era to full-service conference experiences for groups of 250-300+ in New Orleans and Nashville. Their attention to detail as well as superior organization and planning for all aspects of event programming is amazing. The Schedule of Services document that NOLA DMC prepares for their hotel and client teams sets them apart from the competition. I would recommend NOLA DMC to any group that desires flawless attention to details and spectacular event management. Meg, Gina, Melissa and Jerry are second to none. We love them and they simply do great work!
Do not come to New Orleans and plan an event with out calling Ashley. She is a total life saver!!!! Private dining experiences, tours, shuttles, venue, 2nd line and rentals. Yes yes yes to it all. Extremely responsive. Extremely kind. Extremely flexible. My conference would have been a failure without her and her team. Carol who managed the shuttles was sooooo sweet. Gave safety advice to attendees, flexible with shuttle and always available to help. Jordan who managed the 2nd line was on point. On time and gave a show the attendees couldn’t stop talking about! NOLA DMC IS THE BOMB!!! And I’ll forever be grateful.

For my boyfriend’s 50th birthday, I hired NOLA DMC to organize a second line parade. I had no idea what to do or what to expect. NOLA DMC was top notch from first contact through parade completion. They created a route that was perfect and they took care of all the details. Literally all I did was show up.
